Who's the best at Cylinder head porting

Send it to me, I will make it breathe like know other. Of course it may not fun very well though with a bunch of holes drilled in it!

A new head you say. As in... through yours away and start over?
Is the casting junk?

I got my new head from Garret at Pure diesel Power about 3 years ago. His guy joker12valve, took a whole lot of metal out of it. I can say I was VERY pleased with the results. Turbo spooled about 100-150rpm sooner and my EGTs went down almost 200* at WOT 1/4 mile run. I also lost about 5psi of boost due to it breathing better.

Mine has been used and abused, i think this is the third truck it has been on from my research.

I have not had mine checked yet, but for next year i would like something better.

I was told that this head is "something special" It has a desirable part number.

Know anything about it?...S 3.25 3925400 00

Our local guy Herb has been doing an amazing job on 12v heads. He removes over 12lbs of material. He spends 8+hrs on them and when he is done they FLOW!!! Price is right too!

Honestly, I have heard of guys spending upward of 40 hours on one Cummins head. I spent 40 hours on 2 V8 heads, and I could easily see that time being doubled with the amount of heat the diesel head is exposed to.

how crazy of a head you wantin'? i know of sumone that can make a mean one but itll cost you but itll be the best...

what does "it will cost you" exactly mean.what would a good number be to start with?

I think it is Raymac that does his porting. I have seen their work and it is first rate.
