WOP triple turbo setup does 880hp on fuel only at RKL dyno event

What is it a typical dodge dyno queen that gets its ass kicked anywhere besides the rollers?

I never said anybody started to mod diesels just yesterday. I was thinking it should make over 1k hp easily with mods like that and that the time seemed kind of slow. Do some research off of this site and you will see that there are alot of d-maxs with stock turbos and single stock CP3's running in the 12's. Just seems like alot of parts and money for a 11.89. :pop:

Read the thread and look at the pics...

Tripple are cleaning up his 200 hp stix COMPLETELY!!!

Not to mention we are in beta testing for the SSR Smarty...Plenty more tunning to come with it...More power obviously is going to be there..

Simple injector tip swap to some 250 or 300 size and then he will have the 1000 that you are referring to....

It's not like it ALL its got in it!!!

Thats what i figured it was, another dyno queen. And with some good tuning that 06 LBZ in your sig would rape that dodge you own and you know it...

dyno queen huh?

Hes been on the track WAY more times than the dyno!!!

Now your just trying to stir Chit up!....

NOT smart there Amigo!!!:rules:

And everybody else is not stirring up chit?

I'm not saying that we didn't all engauge you but it was only after your initial comment that it got started....

I'm only saying that your initial comment wasn't well thought out nor correct...Given the current mods and stage of tuning he is in with this truck / engine combo...

You have to agree on this....

Your comparison was Not apples to apples.....Especially when considering the Weight Diff.

Thanks for the compliments! The guys at Wide Open did a great job putting this setup together.

And to JM, this thread was started in the DYNO forum, not the RACING forum, for a reason! It's certainly NOT a dyno queen. I have over 200,000 miles on this truck and it gets driven just about every day! I simply started a thread about how the triples did at a local dyno event. I haven't heard anyone doing a triple turbo setup on a CR as of yet, so I figured people would be interested to know the progress. I can understand you giving me a hard time if I started a thread in the drag racing forum that my 880hp truck only ran an 11.9 second quarter mile, but I didn't. So, if you want to continue to make silly posts about drag racing in a dyno forum, be my guest. :bang

OH NO!!!, Its another Holmesfarm!!!

You were the one that posted the time and everybody started oogling and oggling and i simply stated that with that setup the time was'nt real impressive and then all the excuses started flying and all hell broke loose. Its a nice truck and hope the owner has good luck with the setup.

He still hasn't shut the **** up?

Triples make for USABLE power. He can tow, race, etc. I'd love to see your stock turbo dmax keep up with him towing through the Utah mountains....

I can't stand people who only like ONE brand of truck, and bash the rest. They all have their ups and downs.

I know him and he is a douche, that kid could tear up a anvil in sanbox with a rubber mallet. But then unlike most of us we have to pay for f-ups and stupidity ourselves and he just gets mommy and daddy to fix it or buy him a new truck.

:hehe: I never said my truck would pull or run with his. And talking about people who only like one brand of truck is funny. If you read much on here the CHUMMINS is like the only diesel out there and if you go aganst the grain like i did , well you see what happens. I was simply stating my opinion and you guys bit my f-n head off...

We don't take to kindly to people who attack or insult our friends.

So you're chit talking but have nothing to back it up?

But its OK for you to attack me with all your buddys because i simply stated my opinion. I think you need to STFU.

Judist Priest!! STFU....? come on guys! I don't really get involved with the he said/she said chit but jeeesh.
I'm not taking anyones side but i was a bit supprised that this truck wasn't over 1K too. I do understand that the tripples are totally utilizing every gear and rpm of the vehicle at a more economical view. I just think we hear "tripples" and we think huge 4 digit #s. This is propably cause we no the 64/480 has already done it, but is not as user friendly (racing, towing,dd) as these can be.
I would go right to a 300hp nozzle minimum and be done, add some water if things get a bit hot.
It is a sweet truck and would love to have the best of both worlds too.

The only reason I didn't go straight to a 300hp nozzle, is that I drive this truck every day, ranging elevations from 4500ft to 7000ft. Now that I'm getting closer to swapping motors into my other truck, I'm ready to add some fuel. And then we'll see what this setup is capable of.
