Just be sure and check yourself and other adults for ticks when you get back. My son was in the ER several years ago with tick fever. It was not pleasant watchin' him lay there and moan with 104F fever. We typically use deep woods off most days.

My pets eat trifex or something like that. Ticks is dead the second it bites.

Our cabin would have balls of these things keeping warm in the winter I guess. Could find 5-10 on you after a ride on the trails.

Peafowl are your friend.

How do you guys handle the ticks there? I came through this spring and walked my dog for 10 minutes and had two in me and 4 on the dogs.

I dont really have a problem with them My dad and i both went in the woods to move a cow and he comes out with a dozen and i have none I honestly don't know

I got my X brace cables done and the wife helped me put the insulation and roof on.

I ordered 2 more celling fans. I now have 1 on each lighting circuit.

Got some more OSB up and installed some lights.
I then put the Hot tub in its final place.

Metal on the front so wiring could be pulled for lights. installed a 72" celling fan. I then shorted the gutters and placed splash pads under them.
