I enjoyed the little staging game a certain SD driver was trying to pull on me. LOL I guess he is still butt hurt over my wife beating him a couple years ago.

You two were smart enough to use your real name as your user name. The rest of us have that awkward moment introducing ourselves using our real names, then a long pause, then tell them our user name and watch the light bulb go on :lolly:

If you're talking about me, I was not playing any game. After reading some of your posts in here, I assume you are the guy I raced in the first round of elims? If I hadn't put two and two together, I would have never known who it was I raced. I'm not now nor was I ever "butt hurt" about your wife beating me 2 years ago. It wasn't the first time I've been beat, and it wasn't the last. I have no hard feelings, and I'm sorry I ever said anything to you.

Ha so true! I love the blank stare you get when you use your real name.
I actually had my screen name on the back of my cap but I guess unless I wear it backwards all thug like it does not really help. :doh:

LOL I usually tell people just look for the 6'5" guy but with Rich running around I have to change the description. Now I tell them to look for the 6'5" fat guy who is naturally balding.
Its not the big guys that worry me though. I called John Robinson sir last year and thought he was going to climb up me and kick me in the face. LOL

I made that same mistake on his home turf.. At the shop! I was told i was not to call him sir again.
So my response was "Yes sir" then i got a look... he can be scary for a nice guy!

it was nice meeting a few people, can say i only met a couple people i never talked to before but was a little busy with the Dirty max and Smokin Hot truck between rounds.
i tried to wander around after the races but didnt want to interrupt the after party's goin on by just walkin into a group not knowing anyone

Maybe someone should set up a CompD tent and have a get together either before of after the event. The members that plan on attending the event could pre-order (and prepay) for their shirts and pick them up there. Maybe something Timbeaux's oral wear idea on the back then the persons real name and member name on the left breast.
