2013 MDTDC FALL BRAWL! October 19-20th 2013

We DO NOT run a correction factor at Spring Fling or Fall Brawl. Ask Dyno Dave what the correction factor is and its hard to say what he would say or do to you lol ... mainly cause you would be the 300th person that day to do so.. .ha ha

I'm working on pictures and video's, both my laptop and my PC are giving me $hit. But I figured the issue out and will link the pictures up ASAP !!!

Mike it looks like it didn't take you long to leak one... Ha Ha

I talked to vaoutlaw for at least 25 minutes about his truck. His set up and all, I was surprised how much he actually told me.

Awesome guy. Badass truck

That's the only way it should be IMHO. I'm trying to just get over 1000whp, but I'll tell you exactly what every single bolt and button does and why. In fact the tune I come up with in UDC will be public data when it's all said and done. If it helps the next guy not break a part trying to accomplish the same thing, that's a win my book.

I'm not sure it's realistic to expect any one at a serious level of competition to just unload everything they have discovered to put them in that position.

The I'm holier than thou because I make X power that both have expressed really has no place. Just makes you look petty with a big case of little man syndrome.

Expect, no. Appreciate yes. Heck I don't expect someone with a stock motor to tell me what kinda air cleaner they upgraded to if they don't want too. I put more respect to the one that opened up their secrets.

This isn't the NHRA where there's millions of dollars and 1000's of competitors at every event. There needs to be more people in this niche, so the more open info the better for the timing being IMHO. That's how stuff catches on.

Have you ever heard of Drag Week? 2500+hp cars driving state to state drag racing with everything they need on a little trailer they tow, laying down low 7second quarter mile times. Test of durability at its finest. Maybe Diesel Power Magazine should put something like it together??

Yeah follow it every year. But what does that have to do with a diesel dyno event.

STD is a DJ correction factor... Smoothing all the way up at 5 is a little artificially misleading as well.

Certainly not "On the Mountain correction", but certainly not uncorrected either.

Perhaps there is some confusion between street legal and street driven. :)

That is exactly why my response was worded how it was, Jeff.

I have question on this....

How far behind was the Ice Truck to help this truck make the self quoted 50 miles on the street since it couldn't make sucessive dyno pulls without being iced down????????.

What? Do you mean not everyone holds up the drive through line for an hour while they wrench on their "daily driver" and ice down the intake.

When you are at this power level every little bit helps.. Something YOU will never have to worry about.

Where was your truck btw ?

This response, the "churched up" results, plus your failure to even acknowledge your competitor's acknowledgements of your achievements, confirms the opinion I formed of you during the hour long dyno display.

This is coming strictly from a spectator, so my opinion doesn't matter. I thought you may want to know how you're coming across.

IMO his truck being used as a daily driver is no different than a 6 second Outlaw 10.5 tire car owner making a vain attempt to say their rides are daily drivers due to having the proper licensing attire.

BTW...
I have already stated where my truck was, broke,is that hard for you to grasp or comprehend,**** happens dude and we move forward.

At this power level, come on,seriously that the best you can do?????
I personally do not care to be at "your power level" as we DO DAILY drive my truck and HAVE driven it all over the east coast to the shows we wanted to make.YOU Mark could NEVER manage that and IMO thats OK,its just not my cup of tea. There again is a HUGE difference between "Daily Driver" and "Street Driven",Mine is driven daily back and forth to work IN TRAFFIC with no issues no matter the outside temps or humidity, yours could NEVER withstand the rigors of the same commute in traffic and weather conditions,it would melt down. There is no amount of posing photo's you could ever take to prove to anyone here that your truck could take the daily commuter use.Its your truck, use it how you want but getting azz hurt over people stating yours is not a daily driver shows your childishness.BTW,tell us all again, how many miles was that drive from home to the shop,3-4 or 5 one way???.

One last thing, nice picture of your girlfriend's arm out the window of the Chick-Fil-A holding the sign up,its a nice touch.

Bla bla bla bla bla no dyno is ever enough for you but its enough for real diesel enthusiasts so carry on ;)

Andy dont even pay attention to it or get worked up.....Remember what you said to me at the start of the war buddy .. I took the higher road and decided he was not worth it ... Do the same my friend and if you ever do wanna be at his power level just borrow an engine from Greg Lamo wait wait va still has it :) hey mark when you build our own engine again can Andy use that one so i can play with his truck before spring fling ;) he may be more competition than your ready for :) anyway sucks we missed you Andy the presence of good company and true sportsmanship from other players is seldom found these days ... You were great in Numidia and i thank you .. Plan on spring fling man ...be cool to see you out

I may have gone about this all wrong ...but when he beat me in spring he talked sooooooo much chit on this site that it got personal ... Not a single word or mention then about his truck being a daily driver till he got beat ..... I dont have a case of little man i just took what he said personal then crammed it down his throat at fall brawl.... the day of the competition i beat him by 105 everyone keeps saying 37 nooooooooo the day of is the number that counts not go to the hotel and work on the truck all night ;) Yes i talked **** and hyped it up yes i may have gone a lil far .... But he deserved everyone ounce of **** i talked and i dont care what anyone says it felt soooooooooooo good to shove overkill right down his mouth ... You see the way he talks to others like Andy is the reason i continue to push as hard as i do ... I never come at people saying **** like that and its that same talk that made this personal toward me .... Form your opinion but for the right reason .... Ps thanks for the congrats that was cool coming from you :) hows Tory's truck coming ?? Thats a bad ***** congrats on helping that team !!!

Where those pictures were taken were about 1-2 miles from his shop, so the truck drove real far......

Lol. Highly doubt he drives it often or far without a front license plate either.

I haven't had a front plate in 6 years lol but Idaho isn't strict about it congrats to D for making big power again.. I can say I do love how them turbos sing everytime I see It dyno and race

anyway let the bs continue

Everybody on here just needs to listen to Mike Tyson..
