Wow! Looks good, no great actually!

I have something headed your way. You are going to piss yourself when you see this thing. It is sweet.

We all should build one like this in the beginning but we never do!

Greg, what is the piston to cyl clearance, I'm kinda looking at what everyone is doing.

Jim

sure looks nice without the blue plastic all wrapped around it.
It will be nice to see the white truck alive again.

Don,

Those new bushings are just dieing for some close contact with fresh billet!! LOL

yeah i think the silver bullet might need a set of pistons in it at some point.
what is the difference in the pistons from stock ones? are they the bowl shape for the 03-04 or the 04.5-05 injectors?

Jim,

I set it up a little loose. .005 over stock

they look like 03-04 pistons to me

Doc, What all broke besides the short block? This going to be a quick turn around at this point?

They have the oil galley's under the piston top for the 05 cooling jets but a 03-04 bowl. They are also stronger and have a radiused edge on the bowl to help with heat cracks.

Nothing wrong with that Greg, I have seen to tight several times and won't do it again....live and learn!

My new daily driver motor is over stock just not that much but it is being built as a 500 hp motor.
