what kind of rings are ou using?i went .004 over max tolerance and i used stock rings,and it smokes like a mofo until it reaches running temp...

Looks Greg, not sure that I like the cooling passages of the later pistons, seems to do more weaking of them then helping. Haisleys said that they have pulled a few of those apart before at the cooling passages, I am sure on 6000rpm p-pump though.

We usually go .002-.003 over on the bore and it has no adverse effects.

Same as before.....HX40 w/19 cm over a S480 w/race cover, both extenally gated.

I may change the top charger, but it will depend on how things go.
