While changing the windshield wiper bushings, I was excited to see the RPO codes on a plate, on the passenger's side, under cowl. I've searched here and google searched to try to decode the RPO codes with no luck. Does anyone have a list of all the RPO codes for our trucks and what they mean?

I'm trying to replace my steering stabilizer and can't get it removed from the tie rod. I took the nut off with the cotter pin in it but something is still holding it. The nut directly on the other side of the tie rod won't budge. Is a puller needed to pull the stabilizer? Thanks Eric
