Does the 518 bolt to the V-10? the V-10 uses the same bell as the SB?

Installed a Airdog 100 on a customers truck.... (04 cummins) All it (the AD-100) seems to want to do is return fuel to the tank.... Tried blocking the return hose, that made a little more pressure to the cp pump, but very very sporadically. . . So after back and fourth with AD for a week...

Anyone making various steel degree shims in 2.5" & 3" spring widths ?
