Heres the really cool part. Jason informed me today that his son is actually at St. Judes hospital, born 3 months Premature after some very difficult times. He's doing very well now, and I think thats called Carma.

Thanks to Everyone that participated. For those that didn't win, I plan to do this again next year God willing. I will calculate the total we raised, and let everyone know. Thanks to our sponsors, and thanks to are members. You guys are Comp D.

Now its time to get back to building the Ranger. I have to try and keep up with Jason. LOL

Congrats.

Congratulations Jason! Good luck on figuring out what your installing first!! :hehe:

Also, best wishes to you and your family during the holiday season, and for your son most of all.

Ok, well Tim called and gave me the good news this morning. First and foremost, I would like to thank Tim and all the mods at Competition Diesel, without you all this would have never happened, I definately didn't think I was going to win (I never seem to) I figured this was a way for me to give back to all the doctors & nurses at St. Jude since my son has been there since October 2nd. I would also like to thank the vendors for particapating in the event and giving away all of the parts for such a good cause.

And I'd like to thank God for allowing man to invent the diesel and cause all of the :st: /havoc we use these trucks for.

I am definately stumped, I really dont know were to start...but the look on my wifes face seeing it all apart will make it worthwile :hehe:

My son Jensen, was born 3 months early, my wife came down with hellp syndrome which basically means her body was fighting off the baby and her immune system was shutting down. They took my son on October 2, his due date was January 1st. He was born at 1lb 10oz, 13.5" long, everything working correctly he just had no body fat.

He is now 3lbs 12 oz and is growing by the day. They think he should be home for Christmas which would be the best present we could ever ask for.
He is definately fighter and still going strong.

This is my son's link if you'd like to check it out, it is how we keep our family updated.

Jensen's Link

Thanks again, I will definately keep you all posted on the truck mods.

I'm pretty positive we couldn't have had a more deserving winner.
I hope you enjoy the mods...but most of all enjoy your new son.

Thanks Richard

That's just crazy! Makes the donations seem even more worthwhile than they already are. Congrats on the win and the baby!:rockwoot:

Congrats, man.

Please keep us updated about your son and the assembly progress on your truck. Once he gets a little bigger, get us some pics of you and him around all your booty.

Merry Christmas, Bud.

Congratulations Jason! Have fun with your new toys, and I pray you'll have your boy home for Christmas too! Yours is an amazing story, and I couldn't imagine a more fitting way to end this raffle then you coming up with the win. You definately deserve it!

Congratulations Jason! If anyone deserved this, you and your family did. You all will be in our thoughts and prayers....

CONGRATS Jason you have one heck of a little fighter there. Hope he makes it home for his First Christmas.
Enjoy the truck goodies and if you need any help just give me a shout.

Thank you guys, it really means a lot. We have our fingers crossed that he will be home for Christmas but we will wait and see; it is definately out of our hands.

I am trying to make the truck puke so I "have a good reason" (for the wife) to put the studs in but it isn't working as planned. Gene, I will let you know if I need any help, thanks for the offer.

Thanks again Comp Diesel for everything

Congats man! Like everyone else has said, this just makes the donation even more worth while. Hope your son makes it home to enjoy his first Christmas! Good luck with every thing bud!

Well............I will man up and admit after reading all the posts I teared up a bit. I believe that this was a brilliant idea to raise money for a great cause and for carma to take over and give the prize to a fitting person........wow! Congrats Jason on your son and your prizes! Im sure it hasnt been an easy road for you but I wish all the best to you and your family. God Bless and Merry Christmas!

On a quick side note.....an identical story was just in the paper last week. A local baby was born just a hair over 1 lbs and was so tiny I couldnt believe it......today she is all grown up and doing well. It was a great story and I know yours will be the same. Your off to a good start!!!!
