Once the 03 - 05 tuning is released, yes it'll work.

You can flash manual or auto OS's to any of the controllers. It's exactly what we are doing with the 6.7's that had 68rfe's behind them and are now using 47's.

But, right now you can't do anything because the ECM isn't supported yet.
 
can you turn off DTC's for egr and dpf for cummins yet? mainly the 6.7's
 
so whats everyone doing that don't have a chip and install a dpf deleted exhaust? Just roll with the light on.

Some have found a way to fool the ECM with SIMS, but most are copying box tuner files and scripting their personal tunes over the box ones.
 
DTC/MIL list is about to move into development for both 5.9 and 6.7.
