i spoke with ryan casserly this morning and we hashed out quite a few things. although there are still a couple of things that need to be researched and figured out, most of the issues that concern him have been addressed and have been handled in a very positive and respectful manner.
Ryan Casserly has personally taken some initiative to go out of his way and help me get the answers i have been looking for and has done an admiral job of putting my doubts to rest about his character.

i must say that i am impressed w/the way he has handled things lately and he's actually going out of his way to make sure i get taken care of by all parties involved..

I HOPE ANYONE THAT HAS BEEN FOLLOWING THIS THREAD DOES NOT HAVE ANY BAD FEELINGS ABOUT RYAN CASSERLY BASED ON WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN.. I FEEL BAD FOR NOT GIVING HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND I WOULD LIKE THIS TO BE CONSIDERED A FORMAL APOLOGY AND RETRACTION OF ALL MY NEGATIVE REMARKS CONCERNING RYAN CASSERLY.

Ryan is one of the most honest guys I have met. From what I can see he won't BS ya, and lays it on the line. He has a great product, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it.

jeremy emailed me today and said that he had my turbo and other stuff boxed up and will be shipping it out tomorrow..
he supplied me with a tracking number later on...
he did not say what all was in the box if it was everything else that he owed me but i will keep you guys posted and see if he does in fact make good on everything....

it's been six months now and i know you've seen my emails i've been emailing you almost every day for the last several weeks and you don't have the balls to respond ? ???? ??

give me my parts or give me back my money bro . you have no idea how bad i wanna punch you right in your big *** nose.

do i need to call casserly again and tell him you went back on your word again ?? seems like the only person who has the ability to talk sense in to you is ryan, and i do most definitely thank ryan for helping me with this problem, but all you have done jeremy is lie some more and put me off some more. why don't you just send me back my money ? ? ?

of course you can't do that, but how about shipping me the parts you were so adamant about reminding me that you have sitting there on your shelves waiting to be boxed up because blah blah blah....

I think you should just put up some cash on a website for someone near him to "find out whats going on", if ya get my drift. ;) ;) Thats what I would do anyway.

if someone 'near him' could help a brotha out i'd be GRATEFUL for the 'help' in locating my parts, or in receiving a refund from jeremy at LIPD>>

if anyone has any info for me that helps and leads to my getting what's owed definitely PM me and i'll make it worth your while.

at this point i'd even pay for some footage of a good ol fashioned asswhippin just to make me a feel a little better for the time being hahahah

unfortunately ryan after you spoke with him and he decided to act right he quickly went back to his old ways, and i have still not seen a single thing from him since our last conversation !!

any chance you can help me get to the bottom of things.. and by the way thank you for taking good care of my friend steven on those injectors you rebuilt for him couple months ago, i told him not to say who they were from because i wasn't sure where everything was between us at the time but you as always you did excellent work and your price was unbelieveable i was even shocked...
i'd be willing to throw some more money your way if you can help me resolve this situation with jeremy please
