this. how the hell does this setup work? Does it suck air from the blower and the turbo inlet?

 

[TURBOLVR]

The blower pulls fresh air from the scoop and blows it into the big turbo which, in turn, feeds into the small turbo and then to the intercooler and engine.
If/when the turbos spool beyond the blowers output, the second intake & filter that also feeds the big turbo, has a large bypass that allows the turbos to pull extra air as needed.
