1000 HP D-max Airboat blowing smoke

What kind of belt drive are they using, just wondering b/c local guy who had texas diesel power has a silver dollar airboat with 12valve eating 800hp rated belt drives up and at 400 apiece hes on #4 in less then a few weeks. He isnt over that hp# but the torque is what is doing it. Great Job by the way.

Fuel only, stock heads, stock cam, 40% kennedy tips, PPE dual fuelers, A5K, and Bobo EFI Tuning.

The 1st couple runs he forgot to hit the 5th gear lockout button, the truck shifted and the operator let out of the throttle too hard, that is why the turbo was barking so bad.
