Intake fabrication

Front axel is back and old engine has removed. Intake are welded together. Still lots of grindig/cleaning to do with intake manifold.

Tomorrow I want to port little bit the head and take 60lbs springs out of old head and put the new head together. Then I can finich the engine. And there is lot more to do.

Margus do you have any information about my P-pump?

Is that 1/2" and 1/4" Al plate you used?

Intake flange is 0,6"(15mm) and rest is 0,3"(8mm)

My exhaust manifold was arrived Estonia today,but it is in the local customs office and i have to wait 2-5 days or even more.
I hate the local customs systems and taxes :bang

Some work whit intake. Now I have to make flanges to adapt the 3" pipes to intake.
And some small engine parts are painted.

Block is O-ringed and copper wire is in place.
Tappet cover bolt was hitting the P-pump so I had to mill a hole in the cover.

Cylinder head is assembled. 60lbs springs and titanium holders/keepers

Cylinder head is back to engine. Head bolts are torqued up to 125 ft-lb.
And this is happening when yuo are close to 125 :doh::badidea:

The front cower has to redone because I will use adjustable pump gear. Now I can put together the truck and start begin to figure out how to build twins and make all the piping between the turbos and turbo to intercooler and intercooler to intake manifold. All I know is between turbos is 4"(cold side) and turbo-intercooler-intake manifold will be 3" pipe.

And some more flanges are made. S475 cold side flange is made to 4" pipe and welded on. S475 hot side flange is almost completed(inside is need milled to a smooth).And there is also flange to connect S475 to my 4" exhaust pipe.
