Bottom turbo support.
Do not laugh very hard but could not think of anything better. The 90* oil tube will be welded on tomorrow.

The SDX injectors are finally arrived. The transport company(USA to Estonia) had lost them somewhere. Went for three weeks before they were found to.
Thanks to Weston (SDX) who gave them done in time and sent to shipping company as we was agreed on.

At the moment is a complete lack of motivation.
Since in Estonia is not possible to buy 4"and 5" V-band clamp I had to order them from the U.S. And it takes a few weeks. Same thing is for Royal Purple Max ATF Synthetic Transmission Oil. Our local dealer wants to get $ 650  for 5 gallons container. So I have to order it from U.S. With transportation and taxes, the price should be $ 400.
I even cant buy stainless 4" 45* elbows for turbo cold side. We have only 90* elbows. So I have to cut the 90* elbow to make 45* and then weld the pipe back on. :nail:

That would be such a head ache dealing with. Awesome that you stick with it though

And some update. Royal purple Oil has arrived :rockwoot:. Last flange has made(turbo oil drain.) Yesterday(our time) morning I made the turbo cold piping and now its ready for welding.

Two weeks I was waiting to received my V-band clamps. So yesterday I called our local post office to find out where this package is. They didnt have any information. Then I contact with USPS and ask wher this is? The answer was, its ready for customs in ETHIOPIA(fu..ing africa) not ESTONIA (Europe) like it was written in USPS packing label. Unbelievable. Now they will send it back to U.S. and then will send it to Estonia. :soap::nail:*bdh*
And all they told me was "we are sorry".

The first part of the intake piping is ready. I also clean the inside after welding. Now I can weld the last section of this pipe.
Turbo oiling hoses are made. Because it was not possible to buy locally more 3" 90 and 45 degrees aluminium elbows and aluminium Hose Reducer 89mm - 76mm I had to order it from England. Same as the aluminium 3" V-band flange and clamp was ordered from Germany.
So all I can say that there is an ongoing international truck building.
Because the daily work and home house insulation work(I have a old house) take lots of time, I don't find much free time to build my truck at the moment.
But someday it will run again.

PS! I cant upload pictures in here any more from some reason. I get a message like

Since the weather is bad and I can not work on our house, I had time to work on my truck piping. I made pipe from turbo to ic and now its ready for tig welding. Also made adapter pipe to connect ic to 3" pipe because the aluminium hose reducer I ordered is :bs: (it was too thin aluminium). The Turbo side is 3" V-band now and ic side is coupler.

Because the weather was rainy today, I got a little bit of time to build my truck. I made pipe from intercooler to intake. Now all the aluminium pipes and adapter pipe to connect ic to 3" pipe are finally ready for welding.

All pipes and V-band flanges are tig welded.
Now I have to make transmission cooler oil and water hoses because the cooler is located under the front bumper.
Also have to connect exhaust pipe to turbo outlet and think out where and how to put the air cylinder for VGT control.
Install the P-pump and make hole to the front cover so I can adjust the adjustable pump gear.
And ther is lot more to do

Damn, things look good!! Lot of pipe work going on under that hood.
Did I miss what you're doing with the air cylinder for VGT control?
