160 pump flowing?

Got my 160 pump turned the barrels on and got it benched. The guy also said that he got it to flow near 450cc.
It got 4000 gov springs, 024 del valves , mack plug, modded afc and the barrels turned.
How much does you guys got 160pumps to flow with these mods??
Just curious and wanna compare diesel shops in america and here in sweden=)

I have all the same mods and smokems dv's on my 160. The guy tld me he got 500cc out of it. I hope he's right.

I can't clean it up that's for sure.

Ok maybe you have bigger dv's on it which help's it up a little more.

Yeah they should be similar or a little bigger. I can't remember their cut.

I'm sure it'll be a blast when you drive it.

What's a pump shop in sweden charge for benching a pump?
 
Appr. 380$. He had to get a new rebuild kit for it with all new orings and stuff like that.

New tuned pump, Sdx 5x0.016 injectors, Pdr cam, puls exhaust manifold, and new built trans along with triple disc converters and higher timing i really hope it will wake up my truck.
I have a nice set of twins on which i hope will have to work some now with these mods=)
 
I didn't know Sweden was big enough for a high performance pickup. I figured that by the time you got up to 100kph you'd have to turn around and go back the other way.
 
You got a good deal. Everybody has there own version and flow numbers. All that should matter is a gain from before and after. The 160 pumps can flow more than some people would expect.
 
I paid 338 and seth flowed my 160 pump with stock dvs and 4ks to 525cc and 4600+. Surprised the hell out of me.

Geography clearly isnt your strong suit:hehe:. Sweden is about 173,860 sq mi in size. For referenece, California is about 163,696 sq mi.

I assume you can go 62MPH in CA and not have to turn around right away...haha.

I mean this in a light hearted way BTW, not being mean.

$300 to $1000, depending on who does the bench tuning.

Diesel Performance Engineering only charges $200.

Seth was supposed to be mailing my pump & injectors back out to me yesterday. My 215(I realize you guys are talking 160's just wanted to share) with full cut DV's, zero plate, and Haisley 5K GSK's made 600cc of fuel at 5,000RPM! :rockwoot:

I can't wait to get my puller back together!! :pop:

380 is great for a rebuild. I bet that would have been close to 1000 in the states.

I paid 275 I think, but I waited like 3 months.

you will LOVE the new mods!!!! what turbo are you running?
