1st Gen's THE Classic Hot Rods of Diesels?

I love first gens!!!! I finally bought one, should be here next week.

And yes they are hot rods. I remember reading about one that ran 12.40s but I can't find the info on the setup. Anyway nice trucks fellas

A couple of mine with the lift and after the lift came out..... the police gotta ruin everything haha, just kidding I know they are just doing their jobs.

Love that truck. The late model tow mirrors are sweet.

Thanks, I had an itch for something different the other night, so I put my chrome simulators back on. Sorry about the crappy cell phone pics.

do yourself a favor and get a better air filter on there.. otherwise pretty cool.. thanks

no worries. that filter is just to small to do any good. a stock airbox with a drop in filter would do better with alot more surface area..
lol and fyi in your vid i think you went past the speed limit...

that filter is just a quick fix till i get my
intercooler pipe made into hard line, then
will put the stock air box back on it.

i know its not sufficient for it, but i only
drive it once or twice a week tops.

anybody know if 50hp injectors would be too
much for the 351 turbo ? im not going to mess
with the pump anymore. all i've done it is
turn the fuel pin and bottom out the star wheel.
not trying to hot rod it out, but a little get up
and go is really nice.

for the downpipe, i bought a 4" 1st gen dp, and
bought a he351 flange from diesel auto power.
hacked off the flange that was on there and
welded the he351 flange onto it. i was worried
that it wouldnt line up, but it all lined up perfect.

the oil feed line, i had to have river city hose make
me one up. they are in austin over off of pond
springs rd. looked for some way to solve it without
having to have a new feed line made, but i came
up with nadda.

Heres my Pile. Cant figure out how to get my attachements to post.
