6.7 12V Again.

BowtiedCTD: What im looking for is the injection lines.

I'll see what I can do.

Mx engines are cummins engines ..

Actually no they aren't. They are a conglameration(spelling) of Cummins and PACCAR. I have yet to ever see a Cummins with individual Fuel pump, injection pump, and injectors. The PX engines we relabeled Cummins yes, but not the new MX PACCAR piles of sh!t.

Had to go the round about way to find them but hopefully this helps.

If you haven't figured it out yet, I'm going to a swap on my 24v in my truck to a 12v head. It might not gain anything, but it will be different. Who else can say I got a box on my 12v.

LOL If I ever get to the 12V commonrail thing I'll be able to say I have EFI live on my 12V. :hehe:

Sure can, is the 12mm thing going to be a issue? I think I ran across those while I was searching a while back but the 12mm nut was a problem for a dodge vp.

Well, I completely mised that part, I'm seeing that all the VP30s are 12mm. I wonder if that means they use the same lines as the VE's.

I know I've seen adaptors offered to put P pump 14mm injectors in a 12mm VE engine. If you had a set of those I don't see why standard VE lines wouldn't work.

I'm up for anything to make it work. I would prefer not to have adaptors, but if that's what it'll take

How bout turning the delivery valve holders down to 12mm and rethreading?

In approx 2008 we had topic here about different 6.7 engines with 12V head, there were front and rear gear engines ....

As I remember some pullers used front gear 12v engines in their trucks.....

I think its the same story as with 4 cylinder engines. Normally 4BTA is 3.9 with various pumps, but Cummins also made some B4.5 engines (8valve) with mechanicl pumps (frot gear)
