I feel that I handled the situation properly. I repair alot of injectors that come from customers of other vendors who got the boot when problems arose. I don't think there is another company out there who would have sent a brand new set of injectors out to a guy who didn't even purchase them from them to begin with. I have a set that I'm repairing tonight that came from a customer of a highly talked about injector builder who told the customer that their injectors were out of warranty when a problem occured. Wanted to charge them to fix them. Once repaired, this customer will have a full warranty as if he bought them from me to begin with.
