I guess we haven’t kissed enough azz yet:shake:. I the truck might make it the way it is if it gets on a load dyno.

This is not true, I tried to talk to the guy at TS about what he was running on this truck and just got shrugged off like I was nobody. On the other hand you talk to some of the other high HP guys (I am thinking like Redstroke, LMills, John_P) they will talk your head off and tell you everything about thier setup. I dont have a problem giving credit where it is due as that was an awesome run, but if yoiu want to shrug off people in real life then the internet may not be to warm for them.

Just my 2c this morning.

I may be from KY but I speak plain english. Dont get me wrong I am not mad or upset, thats just not how I am. I was just trying to offer a suggestion why they dont have a big thread like expected.
 
That was not a knock on you but on Romario, He is from El Salvador, and has a very heavy accent. By the way what did you want to know about the truck.

jkt you might just want to insert your foot back in your mouth cause i know for a fact that llmills is running stock bottom end with stock rods and pistons and pushing 1389 hp with NO2
 
i was just trying to start some crap with all the naysayers. I have been in that truck in fact i road in it all the way back from TS. I know the guys that built it very well. I just dont understand why it doesnt get attention.

Good job to everyone, but IMO promotion of water injection is one of my pet projects. The heat release rates of an engine making this much power is very high. Damaging.

Water injection is important, whether you gain 0.0 HP or 25 HP and up. It saves engines.

The Sled pullers as well should promote this more. It only keeps more trucks in the competition and allows for more money to be spent on other things. Fuel, engine upgrades, etc. VS trying to rebuild the short block every time you run it too hot.............
 
This truck has a custom water set-up based off of a Stage two Snow kit but it uses two pumps and a progressive controller and a hobbs set-up, we hoped to make over 1K with the water but we tuned it with fuel only first and by the time we went to the water it was heat soaked and didn't make anymore power so we pulled it off the rollers. On the Dyno egts only get to 1350* with no water, but on the street it will see nearly 1700* and the water system will take 300* off that to around 1400* and it really screams, way harder than with just #2, but it shelled the tranny while testing the water system with the Smarty on Kill... Power converted the tranny gears to a pile of "Chickletts" in the bottom of the case, so we replaced the tranny and are rethinking the transmission situation. Maybe Auto?

Sorry to hear about the G56 - they just weren't designed for that much power.

I discussed the truck with Nick yesterday, and I think you are heading in the right direction with Zach & Co. Always good to see thought applied when chasing big #s instead of cubic dollars only... Don't worry about the naysayers, just let the truck do the talking!

Nobody else can deal with those power levels as well as the Ultimate/Opie setup.
