Nice, about time brother!
that ugly-ass blazer was moving along in the first video.
Excellent progression of the build!
If it lowered boost it sure likes lunching boots. Great running truck.
Thanks, I know TTR21 and I were both happy to see 10's.Crowds reaction is still priceless every time. Haha Truck runs great. Was excited to see both junker trucks make passes today. TTR21 and Wills truck.
Thanks!!!Nice to finally meet you boys face to face. Had a great time and was stoked to see that thing hit 10s. Congrats man!
Congrats on the time will! 10's is no joke!
Congrats, you definitely worked for it.
Thanks Zach, I really like the improvement in the sound and power of the motor in the 3000+ RPM range. That cam and dual valve spring setup seems to really compliment the mild port and polish work on the head. I know in past burnout competitions spinning smaller 31" tires, I could not get over 4200 rpm and it seemed like the motor sounded like it had valve float at high boost and anything over 4000 rpm with the previous 60# spring setup.Keep it up!!
How does the truck drive now? I know its not the point, but does it feel like you could daily drive it?

I have to admit, seeing improvement is what drives the cheap innovation. Sometimes its easier to write a check and order new pistons vs. checking ebay for a month straight to find used pistons, spend countless hours on an under powered lathe cutting them, all to save a few hundred bucks. Luckily there was improvement and now more motivation to push the truck even faster.Awesome times, Will! Looks like your hard work paid off.
Yeah, he has that 12v Cummins conversion wound up tight and dialed in!that ugly-ass blazer was moving along in the first video.

Yeah, that fuel pressure really is important on these 160 pumps. The time slip calculation software out there still shows it should be running a little higher trap speed but overall, it does charge pretty hard on the top end. From the time slips, it has an awesome top end.
Good job!!!
