Kicking around what to run for next year. How many run an HX82 as a single? Who runs and HX60 as a single? Curious on what it will take to spin that 82 and 60? How much water I guess in combo with everything else. Ill be running 2 water/air intercoolers. If its going to get complicated I believe Im going to just run the GT4202R. Appreciate the info.

Well its not sigma pump for sure haha! How wild is wild? Ag pump, billet cam, 2 air/water intercoolers, possibly water. If thats the only other thing ill have to add to run a 60 or 82 I will probably go that route.

Need alot more info then that to decide what turbo to run. An HX-82 can flow well over 180 lbs/min. Fuel, rpm, class rules, horespower targets, etc... are all factors on figuring out what charger to run.
Im curious why your set on a HX60 or HX-82 to run?

You have to figure in Gear ratio, what tire size.RPM you want to run.and all the mentioned above.

And I think that one of Anthony's sponsors is prob.a holset dealer.A'm I close Anthony

What brought this on Anthony?

All I can figure is he won some local lottery and decided to blow it on his pick-up truck :hehe:, Just messin I can't wait to see ya run in 09'. I would agree a S4 type configuration would be a good bet and depending on the way u want it built could be rather cheap.

Well I want to get some things moving forward instead of last minute like last year. Ready to get going on the motor now. Rockwells and profab are in place and ready to go. Well im not set on anything. A place that is doin some work with me on it likes the 60 and 82. Im open for suggestions as well as this is all new to me for the most part on a motor of this type. 13mm ag pump, big injectors and such. The rules are NADM super street rules. Unlimited single. Basically anything you want.

Well the Rockwells have 6.20 gears, tires unsure yet. Gonna depend on money. That can go either way as well. I do have 14 different gears for the Profab though to swap in and out with ease. As far as the sponsor Dale, your hot!! But they have lots more than Holset. Its comes down to where Im doing alot of the motor build prefers those 2 chargers with their combos.

Rockwells?? As in front and rear?

Do you have a reverser are you using a 5speed with the dropbox.

You will need a finnal drive between 15.1 to 16.1that should get you close.Depends if your going to run 33" or
35" tires.$.02 I know $.02 isn't worth much.

Haha sure it does Dale. You know more about it than I do. This is my first experience with it.

Interesting. Well I don't see the 60 going to where you want and the guys running the large singles (the big chargers that is) are not running the S4 base, they are actually much bigger. The 82 is essentialy going to be the base your looking at since the big singles are running that. I know its hard to start getting used to and of course you got to have the right cam but if you want to play with the big singles, I'd say HX82 base and your looking to Columbus for some of the best, however that place is hard to get into so its hard to tell.
