Highest Dmax R's I heard was from Troy Wakeman.

I would think Kuselik's 3.0 truck runs higher rpm than Troy. Just different sound cause Wes runs 4500 manifolds and Troy has long tubes. If I guessed I woud think Troy is just south of 5k and Wes is just over it. Both sound wicked.

I like this thread cause im the only one that really knows what a dmax can run for RPM's. I will say troys truck sounds like alot of RPM's but not as much as one may think. MY 2.8 truck runs right around 4-4200 but the 3.0 truck might always stay a mystery.

I think I just might know a thing or two about what RPM a Duramax can turn and what they do turn down a pulling track. I'm sure there are plenty of others that do as well.

The stock pistons in a Duramax are good to 5100 RPM.
There's a jar of broken pieces of piston parts with '5150 RPM' in the GBE engine room to prove this.
