Dyno contest with $3500 purse

I might be able to break that 1000 HP mark if I add another identical engine in the back and run on John Robinson's magic diesel.

I noticed that last year's winner was not the overall highest HP number. I assume this means nitrous runs do not count. Can anyone definitively say whether or not nitrous assisted runs count toward that 3500 purse?
 
If a couple common rails show up I will be putitng my money on them, if Al will throw some juice on his he might have a chance and yes it kinda is in the middle of no where but for $3500 there should be some big numbers wish I could make it but will be working

i've heard as much as over 1800hp for the big time pullers, but that's engine hp not wheel hp... and they can never spool those big laggy wind-tunnel fans called turbos on the dyno!! they need like a 50k load haha
 
Nick, dont drag me into this! im way out sprayed, i mean powered.
the highest hp truck last year was spraying, 882. yes nitrous counts and with no classes they will take the top 3 spots anyways.

a pulling truck will never get spooled on this dyno, they have never run any load before.

$3500 would not cover my expenses to go maybe if the bounty was $6K........

Its to bad this event is on the sane day as the ATS event. It would have been fun to go...
