F350 Conversion-progress finally!

The build looks awesome. I am currently doing this build on my 97 Ford F-350 and just bought a 94 12 valve with 0 miles on it. it was originally an automatic truck but i want to put a NV4500 in it. How well did the tranny mount up in the truck? and also what did you use for a transfer case?

It fit great with a lot of room to spare, and very little modification to the cross member. I used the Dodge 241 DHD from a '99 truck.

did you have to have your driveshafts lengthened or shortened?

I measured the distance between the rear axle yoke and the carrier bearing, and the carrier bearing to the output of T-Case, then modified the Dodge driveshaft to fit.
