Fiberglass Front end

'Glas is too heavy for good $/lb. weight reduction @ acceptable minimum strength on 3rd Gen front ends... so we jumped right to CF for our Super Stocker. :evil

I fully agree with this Glass is not much lighter than thin sheet metal. We work with it fairly in the aircraft industry to make molds of certain body panels on aircraft. anyhow point being as mentioned above its definately not light not even the prepregnated is much lighter and wet layup glass is even heavier
