Getting my 180 benched

Have to run but not much more I can say than what has been said in my pretty large thread. Go back and check it out. I would definitely run one.

Oh, and how are you clearing up that fuel with your 67? I'm not even coming closing.

Didn't know you had one, I'll have to go find it.

The 67 clears it up great up top!

So the spool flange really works?

I'm running 5x.016's with comp dv's. Cruising smoke is non-existant, as is WOT smoke, its just that off idle-5psi smoke thats killing me.

I have had that same problem for ever, first I was blaming it on the 67/71/16 hx52 I was running. Now I have a 62/65/14 (which shouldnt be an excuse) and still have the 0-10psi smoke problem so I installed an in cab pre boost screw to try to tune the smoke out without it becoming a dog. I havent found the sweet spot yet, Im hoping its not these 191s but if I cant get it figured out soon I'm going to switch to 024s or "042". I'm seriously over fueling this 62 so top end smoke will never go away but I really want the low end gone especially for towing like I do every day.

So you're clearing up a 180 pump with the barrells racked and balanced, with comp delivery valves, at 21mm of rack? Something does not seem right there.

If your dvs are too big, you won't get rid of that smoke. Try some 181s.

By great, I mean I'm not a train. There's smoke, but I can see through it. Like a super thick haze. I consider that great as far as WOT goes lol.

I took 181s out for these 191s to get more power. I picked up about 10psi going to the 191. If its the DV Ill have to move to an 024 for the same flow up top and less fuel down low.

Heading back to the track soon with all the boost leaks fixed and the truck at 28-29 degrees. I'll have a video for you soon. WOT smoke got a little thinner at the higher timing value but it is still super thick even with the zero plate in around half way.

So what's the best time you've ran so far with the 67 and spool flange?
