Sorry for the crappy pics, taken on my cell phone. It is flat out AWESOME to have such a great casting available like this.

It's pretty much amazing that the 12v is capable of what it is on the stock casting.

This new head is a game changer. Mark my words.

Should be very interesting to see what those who are putting one of these on find.

Looking forward to it. Pulling around here has banned them in all but the mod classes. The drag racers left it wide open. Let's get some CR injectors in these.

Here is one more with a cleaned up head for a magazine.

And let me just say, I thought for a little while that these things would never come to pass.

most people have NO IDEA what all goes into bringing a product like this to market... This is the kind of project usually undertaken by a big company. There's so much time/money invested. It's a HUGE gamble for a company like yours. Often times products like these DON'T make it to production. For any number of reasons.

It really is cool to see where this cummins performance stuff has come in the short 12-13 years I've been into it. I remember drooling and day-dreaming about all the extreme/bad-ass 500-550rwhp 12 valve trucks.

It sounds cheesy, but I felt really lucky to be at Michael's to see that first shipment fresh off the boat.

Hell of an accomplishment, man! Can't WAIT to see what a Cummins can do with some actual air flow!!

it's definitely going to help

the control that CR offers is unparalleled, but they're really good at melting/scattering too

the guy who manages to cram a set of CR injectors into one of these things is going to have an untouchable combo.

I know Zach spoke of developing a CR head in the future, but I wonder if it might be easier in the mean-time to change a few machining steps to allow CR injectors to drop straight into this head? Would require custom nozzles, but might give the CR guys some cylinder head flow in under a year vs. 2-3yrs?

Im confused are these heads made in China then?

absolutely... they would cost 3x as much and would have taken 3x as long to have them made in the Americas.

Cummins has OEM parts made in China. Good enough for Cummins = good enough for me
