Hello from DFW!! Cummins powered K5 fun...

Who cares brah, it's like having SRT10 hoods on our trucks, almost everything we do is about looks. It's like a polished intake pipe :)

I think SRT10 hoods look like trash too! LOL

almost everything ricers do is about looks... almost everything I do is about performance.

carry on

Thanks for the compliments!!

I'm not to far from you, I'm in cleburne. Hope to see it around sometime. What's the truck going to be used for? Looks like it's going to be to clean for the trails.
The truck is a street/trail truck. Goal is to have something that you could drive to the trails, have some fun, and then drive home. It's a fun hauler too. We will definitely be getting this thing dirty!!!

I'm just not a fan of cowl hoods with nothing underneath them... it just screams Garland and/or "mullet inside"
He originally got the cowl hood because we thought we were going to have issues squeezing the cummins in there. It ended up not being an issue. Honestly I didn't like the hood at first, but it fills in the void that the stock hood leaves.

Everything on this truck is about function. No polished intakes here, but we do have light intercooler pipes......By the way, these aren't the only things that will be made out of carbon fiber. :rockwoot:

I was there last week....:bang

so was I... for a damn WEEK :( :(

I caught a ride w/ the wife so that I could bring a car back home to Alvin. Otherwise I would have drove up on Wed and drove home on Fri

after 6yrs out of DFW, I pretty much hate it now :o

We've gotten some more work finished over the holidays!

Added a final layer of epoxy to the intercooler pipes.

dude that is one sicc build, and that is one bad ass chick man. Not often you can find one that is willing to be that involved and hands on as she seems to be.

You weigh like 160 lbs soaking wet, you should have put casey on that bender... Getting closer! Call me when you are ready for that down pipe. He trying to have it ready to drive to the mile in march?

HAHAHAHAHA, Actually I'm 148 soaking wet and full from lunch!! Casey did the other bends, he is definitely the muscle.

We are ready for the downpipe/exhaust. We couldn't find an exhaust shop near us to buy tubing for the exhaust the other day, so we are still in need of an exhaust. PM me your number, I only have your brother's.
