How to make an Airdog motor last?

Talked with tech support/warranty today, they want me check the gerotor to make sure its not jammed up with debris first...which it was not. Pulled the gerotor out, put the plate back on, put in a fuse and turn the key, popped the fuse with no gerotor load on the motor.

I pulled the old one apart that I still had that failed. Nasty and wet with fuel inside the motor casing so I'm sure that was the failure there. I'll call back tomorrow and get the next warranty pump sent out. In the mean time can someone point me in the direction I would need to get parts to fix these 2 old motors so I can keep them as backups?

Possible seal part number in post 31: http://www.cumminsforum.com/forum/98-5-02-performance-parts-discussion/561757-need-help-airdog-problem-3.html
I thought it wise that he says he shimmed the motor .050 to let the seal ride in a different spot.

Looked around for the SKF 3103 dimensions and came up with:
Inside diameter .313
Outside diameter .749
Width .250

http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?catalog=196&partnum=3103&a=www.google.com%2BSearch%2Bfor%2BSKF%2B3103&blanktemplate=true $4.88

Bearings shouldnt be too difficult for someone to figure out, either.

I guess it's hit or miss. The one on my 03 never gave me any problems for 100k+ miles till I got rid of the truck but my old man seems to shell them on his 04

Damn TJ! I've had the same AD II 165 on my 12V for 3 years and around 15,000 miles... never had any trouble out of it!

Has anyone seen the new afe pump that was released at Sema? [ame="http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LAj7ClDfXhs"]http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LAj7ClDfXhs[/ame]

Thoughts?

Big money right there. I was looking on their website and I don't see what its flow capabilities are. Maybe I'm over looking it but wouldn't that be good info to have.

I run two airdogs and change the filters twice a year and they hold 25 psi steady for over four years.

I've had a 4g on mine for 2 years now after my original **** the bed at 50k on it
