If thats the case, its just damping, and not enough, imagine a guage with absolute reaction, and no damping, you would see each time the intake valves opened and closed.

My gauges have a fair bit of damping and in all cases the three times now I wasted my gate:hehe: there was never any flutter.


If your still determined its to do with the gate, lock it down, (solid spacer or bind up the spring) and run a more conservative program and see what it does.

Yeah, that's a suggestion from HTT to close things off. and I think I'll open things up to 35-40 as well and compare.

Did you install and it works or are you judging by looking at it? I've seen pics and it looks good, I'm just waiting for a real world tried and true. I'm wondering if mine was bent when I first installed and had a dyno tune session. I towed my truck up after I did the install since it needed a new converter at the same time. When I got to the shop they had been running it on the dyno for a while already.

No just by looking at it, its more heavy in every respect that I fragged the stock setup.

The lever to the pucks is triple strong, and they seat perfect.

Providing the new materials are as heat resistant as the old parts, it will be good to go.

I might have some runs on it tomorow.
 
its all made outta 4130 chrome moly now

notice the extra pivot point just incase something should tweak a little?

dont know who designed it for them but he/they did a great job

havent hooked the trailer up yet and now the truck is back down waiting on different injectors

any more info on this fix??? mine gave way this weekend. And i really need it fixed so i can make it to the NADM here in texas this weekend. Where can i get one???? I have a machine shop here that can install it if i could just get one in my hands.
 
I'm sending my first fixed housing back to htt today at lunch for them to investigate.. the new new I got last week is working perfectly .
