Well the SO was on the outs when I got the truck. So within a week it had a HRVP from II on it. Ran it stock with just a chip for about a year, and let me tell you life was easier and cheaper then! Did the DragonFire and Injectors, Cam, Cross over tubes, Head work, turbo all in one clip this time around. So it makes it hard to compare since I didn't do baby steps! The truck Fuels really hard and runs good. It puts down well over 200 more horse with the new setup and thats with no chips or tuners at all.

Comparable to monster pumps? do they last longer and fuel as hard?

This pump isn't something that II made over night. Its been years in the making from what I gather. They did excessive long term testing to make sure it would be very reliable. I've never dealt with the Monster pump, but I would say it fuels as heavy. Pretty impressive to me and smooth on the street.

Well the top secret part on it went out up at indy when i was second to hook! Nothing is really top secret, just alot of trial an error, finnaly got it dialed in and got a phone call to try a new pump, we did. And i will say when it ran that pump fueled HARD! Just some bugs to work out id imagine but the dragon fire is going back on it next week!

PM me

what happen @ indy anyway? Wanting to see that thing run.

We got time, You got the finger tips to hunt and peck at the key board that long. :)

We are doing alot of tuning on Kman's this truck. Sorry, just can not get into the details on it. It is running very strong, and I am confident it would have finished well had it not given problems.

We pushed it on the trailer and I will know more tomorrow what actually happened. Electrical? Mechanical? I did not spend much time with it, so no definate answer on what exactly is wrong.

Id say all in all this year was an awesome 1st year for me and the truck a few first place hooks and truck was always in the top 5, whenever it did not break! Hpeing to make a few changes for next year but the truck will still be sporting a VP!

So how much hp you making with yours? Looks like it's on a dyno in your Avitar

Made 575/1125. I would really like to get it back on a dyno again though. Those numbers were truck and fuel only. No chips etc. and the dyno was only able to load me to about 45-50lbs. I now hit upwards of 65lbs on the street. So I'm interested to see what it has now.

I love my Dragon Fire but don't have dyno slip for it! Can tell you do it fuels hard & overspools our turbo!
