My current project...finally

And now a t case problem...hooked everything up the way I had it on my dld and now all the way forward is 4hi, back one is nothing, and 4lo is where its suppose to be. Flip the two vacuum lines around on the crossmember going to the front axle and its hit and miss on working right. No kinks or nothing in the vacuum lines and they appear to be hooked up correctly. Linkage problems or what?

Secondly, when I do get the output shaft to turn, in 2wd only, (keep in mind there's no drive shaft so its just free spinning) it has a small but steady stream of oil coming out of it. When its not turning, its fine. Bad seal? Fluid to full? Any help will be very much appreciated!

Thus is how it sits awaiting a driveshaft and some Schaeffers 75w 140. Then it will be time for the maiden voyage.

Don't worry, the truck is in shambles again. Lol

Thought I'd update this with some pictures since I haven't been on here in ages.

I have since gotten rid of the compounds and got a S467. Needs a T4 manifold and a gate now. Some 4.56s, axles, a spool for the rear and a locker for the front are in the near future since I caught the pulling bug. I pulled it A LOT more than I said I would and only had a front driveshaft failure this year with 8 or so pulls under its belt. Still needs a lot of tuning but over all, I am very happy with it!

Hooked up to the rollers at Joker Fab last December with the compounds. 550/1200
