New NTPA Class

It will pay around 600 to win. i no it used to cost me out the a$$ to get a tech license for ntpa, dosent cost anything with PPL. Richwine is working hard to run Ntpa in the ground.

no, alot of pullers know that if they want to run at a legit pull to go run with larry. unlike ppl he updates through the week any safety issues that he has ran across and posts up that there will be a future rule change so that everyone knows its coming. unlike ppl where they dont even want to follow protest procedures like they should have. have you checked to see what it is to pre commit to ppl? try up close to 1000 bucks.

ok, NTPA's site either sucks for finding info about the different regions or I'm just too stupid to find it on there. Either way, would someone care to lend a hand with a couple things please.

1) Where is the information about the different regions for NTPA?
2) How, when and where someone can register for the 2010 season?
3) Maybe see the 2009 or 2010 pull schedule for the different regions to see what kind of area the pulls may be in for a particular region with NTPA?

Anyone that can help with that, it'd be appreciated. :Cheer:

Mitch if I recall your in Kentucky you would be in region 4. That region would cover Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina and Tennessee.

The 2010 schedule is not out yet.

Thanks Jerrod... where can I find the 09 schedule for region 4? what classes run with region 4? etc. basically, where can more info about region 4 be found? Link would be AWESOME! :D

No ppl prostock classes in the midwest??

all i could find point standings for was the itpa prostock class

It will be interesting to see how this goes. I'd like to see it happen around my area but i don't know if it will or not. The gas guys around here are afraid diesels are goin to take over i think.

No I just pay a one time fee for regional national classes, that will cover u thru all regions. And thanks it has been a great season! We also won ppl points to!!

Aren't most of the guys from Ohio running unlimited singles? Looks like another turbo swap again for everyone!

Thats what I'm thinking, a Pro class should be an unlimited single. I already know I'm not going to try to bush down to a 3.0 to run this class. The should have polled a few people about the rules before they copied someone elses. I doubt it gets changed but I'd rather see the unlimited single, 36" tires and the longer wheelbase to allow the other trucks in the class. Looks like I will be building for the COTPC rules and other brush hooks. Although I think I do fit the NADM rules if I can make the hooks. Dad can have NTPA with the MOD truck and I'll run COTPC and NADM.

Thats the thing. Bushings aren't allowed correct? Have to have the wheel clipped or buy another turbo.
