Otwell,indiana Truck pull

no matter how many winner's payouts you collect, it will never total what you have put into your truck. so whats the point of b*tching? its for the love of the sport, not so much the monetary reward. I am in the process of building a truck to compete with the "big dogs" of the sport...and its not cheap. If you want cheap, you don't belong in that class anyway.

the track was crap.... i haven't been to many pulls where the tractors hop taking off and 1/3 way down the track...

I never denied the fact the track was terrible but you have to look at your setup also. Gainer, Jon, Mason, and Brandon all made it down the track without the hop?

John

i dont care what anyone says....martin county track sucks..the best track i've went down is otwell's track. ..them guys kno how to make a track!...and i agree with tater thrower you will never win back as much money as you put into a truck. even in the street diesel class....ya its nice when you win lots of money at a pull, but i still would rather just go to a pull and have fun and talk to different people and learn things and see what everyone else has got.

i'm not red dodge 2....... i went to the martin county pull as a spectator i saw the track and knew my setup wouldn't handle it... so i knew i wouldn't for sure.....and i think there should've been more classes becuz you guys have way more invested than what i do.... but then you go put the black/green dodge in an exhibition class???? that tells me some one was scared.... but it don't matter i'll be in your "exhibition class" sometime... i don't understand you people....make it fair if you want it to be fair..... this will be my last post about this stupid crap.....

but i do hope to see more trucks @ otwell.... good track... good people... good times.....:thankyou2:

nobody was scared it was posted as a 2.8 class and he didnt have a bushing so he ran exhibition.

its going to be harder to get alot of trucks at otwell because usually the weekend of the 4th has several pulls.

then why did a 2.6 turbo run in 2.8 class? must be some tech/sponsor problems

The 2.6 truck didn't have to run in the 2.8 class if he didn't want to did he? No he didn't at all. But he choose to run so he could pull. The 3.0 truck wanted to pull so it wasn't fair for him to pull in the 2.8 class since his turbo is a 3.0 class so he pulled exhibition.

you can say what you want but i know how the chit goes it wasn't offered...

Your right it wasn't offered but Brandon went and ASKED since he drove a pretty good distance so they told him he could pull in the exhibition.

so people were scared? reddodge2 had a 2.6 turbo!!!!!! runnin w/ 2.8 trucks.....

might as well j/ ran in the exhibition class too! play fair.....

Your argument is dumb and makes no sense. Since when can any 3.0 truck run in a 2.8 class? Unless it is a bushing class and they bush down. 2.5 or 2.6 trucks are allowed to run in the 2.8 class because the rules usually read the inducer bore my NOT exceed X amount of inches.
