Who is setting up the Caltracs? And how many runs do you think you'll make?
 
I'll be setting up the cal tracs with a leaf spring door slammer 1/8th mile friend. Not sure on the runs yet but I'm going to try to go on sunday whenits slower.

I don't think you will have a problem hooking. Don't go any faster or you will need a bar!!
 
If you can hook it, get a good launch, and no other issues arise I see the combination of that turbo, those delivery valves, and nitrous going really fast at 5400lbs. I don't know much about how well the gear vendors units work. Only one I know who tried one was my viper buddy and it didn't make it a full pass although his car makes around 1800hp and weighed in at 3700lbs (come to think of it the car was more around 1600 when he broke it). The gear vendors was reportedly not a stock unit and built to take the power. It didn't.

If it happens it happens I don't mind having to do a roll bar, safety equipment is fine with me as long as it works lol.

Refired it where it popped again.
Brakes won't hold and pushed through the lights.
Smoked the lights.
