100 plate, stock plug, stock dv's, modded AFC, barrels turned, stock GSK. Did 445cc with stock AFC and the 100 plate full forward.
 
#0 plate not full forward 4k gsk dynoed 306hp 650 ft lbs timing untouched ran 15.84 in the 1/4 mile not benched
 
#0 plate ff, 4000 gsk, 21.5* timing everything else stock on the pump dynoed 449,
 
non bench,weird plate almost all the way back,181s,4ks,2095 plug and 31*
 
My Cummins 8.3 pump, 4K, grind plate, AFC mods, 2095 plug, Dragon Flow injectors, 24 degree timing was equal to 13.0 at 1/4



...... and it was too much to HX55 ....... kaboooom :kick:

913 pump, some badazz gsk springs, full cut dv's, a bunch of timing, stock plug, custom ground plate, single turbo 7.42 1/8 mile, unbenched and still tuning looking for more
 
2095 plugs and or turning the barrles if equiped with the std 215 style plungers needs the timing to work.

With my ED 62/68: custom plate I made similar to fat 100 (that I plan to remove because it's not done anything for me in several adjustments), 5K CDS Springs, 181 delivery valves stock holders stock lines, stock rack plug, 20 degrees, AFC full forward, heavy spring from TST AFC Kit in AFC (lighter than gov spring), starwheel full backed into housing, flat washers on both sides of diaphram, little washer on front side between afc shaft and flat washer.
 
Benched....nothing big 400 cc's, 4K's, 20*, stock DV's and holders, 370's, Silver Bullet....., ported head, stock cam....609hp, added DDP 4's after then....more power/less EGT's.......625-650.

Thanks for all the replys. I've searched this topic many times with little up-to-date information. It seems like a lot of good information was lost when Weston removed his posts.

I am running a 100 plate, 5x14's, a scheid 62/71/14, afc mods and light spring, stock 181's, 3k gsk. I am going to upgrade to a 4k gsk and play with the tuning a little.

4k gsk, no plate, fiddled with the afc, 19* of timing still in the tuning stages, it's no where close to being perfect.
 
Benched 913 #0 plate, 191 dv, 4k gsk built buy shied reworked by garmon. Set at 450cc currently, 550cc full forward. Running a set of ddp4s and 18* timing looking for 700 ish on fuel.
