No I am not trying to stack them!

I am looking at getting a redline for pulling but still want to have my TST for the street. Is it possible to do this and have them both hooked up at one time, and only turn one on or is that gonna be a problem with the way the Redline hooks up?

If this is not possible, how street friendly can the redline be when turned down? Does it stack well with a smarty? I know that when it set to turn 4k that it basically ignores the ECM so smarty programs would be unnecessary, but again what about when its turned down to a lower level.

Everything I've heard says the Diableo Powerpuck is the best stack with the Redline, followed real close by an EZ. No experience, just repeating what I've heard. I have a TST Comp and a Edge Comp....Definitely thinking about a Redline too....

I spoke to Chip Fisher and he said you can run a timing box w/ the Redline as long as you only pierce the pump wire w/ the Redline and not the other. I too am in the market for a Redline and my Qs were based on my Edge but if u call him he can assist you better than me. If you find a deal on two, let me know!:hehe: LOL :hehe:

there are 2 for sale that i know of...$1k for each, and im buying one of them.

Are you the one that has the redline on reserve from parttime puller? Who has the other one?

You'll should get an Adrenaline. Quad is making some tunes that are Sooooooooooooooooooooo powerful! Yet, this box is very street friendly, and towable if you load a 1250* egt limiting tune. The defueling is so silky smooth, it cuts back fueling in 1% increments but with a 32 bit processor so you'd be hard pressed to tickle 1300 WOT with any injector and turbo combo. IE me, stock turbo, smokey Jammer 5's.

you couldnt pay me to run the quad box, i dont give a hoot about EGT's and defueling for towing, a super B is way too small for what i want to do.

and anyone who says 250hp sticks are towable without some nice sized twins obviously has never done it.

REALLY? WOW! I thought the Edge Drag comp gets better numbers than the Redline on the dyno? I have been told that the Redline is only good for getting higher revs while sled pulling. Is any of this true? The Adrenaline has every bit the power of my Drag/Smarty & I'm only running the production tuning. I think you will be selling the Redline when the Adrenaline is released after you hear about stage 3 of the testing.

I think you are wrong, i will not put a quad product on my truck.

I bet that's exactly what he wants it for. Look at the video link on the bottom of his signature. From what I understand there's two versions of the redline, one fuel to 4000rpm and the other one is the unlimited which goes over 4000rpm. None of the quad boxes dyno'd so far have fueled to 4000rpm.
Get Blown- If you do get the redline let me know how it fuels the silver bullet.

i drove an 01 w/ a 5 speed that had i believe sheid's lightning V's, hot rod vp, bigger lines/tubes, and redline. i took EVERYTHING i had to keep that beast on the road with the redline on 25%!! and it spooled a prostreet 66 very well

what do you mean keep it on the road?

and i wont be driving on the street with the redline.

and i just dont like quad, its my personal opinion.

im just sayin the redline is extremely powerful as i was getting sideways on the road in every gear and the box was only at 25%

well worth the money if u have it

I have no experience with the Redline, I never knew that they could fuel past 4000...that is awesome. I'm just letting him know what I've heard. I'd like to hear the results after you install it TJ, sounds cool! I'm not trying to promote quad here, just saying that the Adrenaline has more to come. I was gonna install a FMS a few years back & was told that it wasn't as powerful as the Edge Drag & not street friendly. I do know that it can be stacked with a Drag comp in EZ mode. A few people told me that Smarty stacks well with the Redline also. I wasn't knocking the Bluechips stuff, trust me. Just letting you know that the quad has more to come before you throw $1000 down on a used box.

i need it now, sled pulling starts in 2 months.

the quad power levels dont work now without surging, they dont fuel to 4k or above, and it is unknown how much power they are making as few have dynoed it yet. if they get it fixed, and figure out how to turn 4k, it wont be for a while yet...too late for me.
