If you run a diesel lean on the bottle you will see some plasma torch EGT's......like 2K!
There is no such this as running a diesel lean.
Agreed!!!!!!!!
and you know this with 100% certainty?

I've never been Totally CERTAIN of anything in my life!!!!
:hehe:
Think of how many people thought voting for OBAMA would "Certainly" be a Good thing!!!!:bang
LOL
Just throwing in my .02 ....
Gotcha, ya I agree that it would not be a problem with turbos only, BUTDrugs not included!!!!
"Drugs er Bad!! Don't do drugs"
How did I know that this topic would get the wizzer to post.:hehe:
Your claim to fame is a failed fuel pump and the lack of any diesel getting into the cylinder. I have already proven that ridiculous theory of yours wrong.:bangLOL
:hehe:

that doesnt look too lean to me... it looks like the pistons failed first and took the block with it..
Gotcha, ya I agree that it would not be a problem with turbos only, BUT
Until someone can explain with certainty what caused the damage in those pics I'll stick with the lean theory.

Did you look at the pics really well?
The block is spit in 2 side to side, the middle 4 pistons are split along the wristpin, the water jackets on those 4 cylinders are caved outward, The heads where the studs went though are broken outward.
How would you explain the torch marks if water broke the pistons?that doesn't look too lean to me... it looks the block cracked/ or the head gasket failed from the immense cylinder pressures and the cylinder took a nice fill of coolant! Hydraulic lock will surely split a CAST piston and spread/ crack a block like that.. I've seen it happen on sh*t it shouldn't happen to....
With "Certainty" that engine failed because it was built and tuned by the Powerstroke Wizard, and to hide his shame he wants to blame a poor little electric fuel pump that didn't want to supply any fuel to a coolant pissing, oil leaking excuse for a 7.3 powerstroke.:kick:LOL
