I just wonder if there's any merit to a tubular header when in comes to large amounts of nitrous... The help with drive pressure would be pretty beneficial I would think.

IF the manifold was actually contributing to the higher DP then sure...but some thought applied to charger and gate sizes would provide the biggest benefit. If those are wrong no manifold is gonna help.
 
I'd put money on the exhaust velocity being way down hence the lack of spool, but I bet she screams on top......as much as cylinders with 80psi of back pressure can scream.
 
and with the extra displacement of the 6.7 and possibly EFI tuning on that truck, results from Joesixpack should be impressive
