Swole's Infamy of Carnage Continues!!

Oh look, another crack about my truck. :blahblah1:

You've handled them pretty well. I'd be getting fed up if I was in your shoes though. My friends around here know not to ask about my truck anymore. I was starting to get a little sensitive. And by that I mean really really angry :hehe:

Ya. Cause you know sub standard parts help make you become one of the premiere injector builders in this industry. :blahblah1::umno:

N'sync was considered a premiere band at one point to. Then one or two members come out of the closet and their product went to hell. Just saying. :poke::evilLOL

Glad to hear it's something simple & stupid this time.

Don, if you can make that motor spin at warp speed and keep the injectors in one piece....I will be glad to pick up the bill of my beta tester. Deal?

Marco

Yes. Deal.

We already having them going. We started with new stainless bodies.

First step: gut the parts inside, blow on them three times for good luck and take turns throwing them in the trash from a 20 foot distance.

Second step: replace all stock, mass produced pieces that are not up to standards with mo bettah stuff.

Third step: Begin a rigorous blueprinting that will get all the fuel available out of the matching nozzles

Forth step and beyond is top secret......

Photos to follow!

Come on David, get me those old stix. Get ready to race. You wanted to race right? Lets go!!! Publish me a schedule of events you plan on attending. Take some names, then kick some azz.

We layed down the big HP number for a Common Rail two years ago. 1090 HP and 1138 HP on Diesel only. Still waiting on someone, anyone....to catch up. Even still, those two years have not been wasted. We have enough new things that will trounch the 20 something year old internet posers. Come on Man, I got a new bowl of Soup. Special sh!t, warm and ready to serve!

LOL

I just pulled them and boxed them up Don. Changing out of these sweaty a$$ clothes, then its off to the ups store!! Is 3 day ok or do you need them quicker??

Ground shipping is fine. I have the new bodies gutted and cleaned in the ultrasonic here.

Injector body on the left still has the collar. The injector body on the right is stripped of its collar and has already been hardness tested this AM.

The stripped body is going to join its mates on the lathe for some sizing adjustments. LOL

SCHWEEEEET! :Cheer:

So in short... In order to get a set of injectors from Don in a timly fashion we must first blow our **** up several times. And then we will get the good stuff.

I feel sorry for the guys that have been waiting weeks to get there stuff.

I too at one point wanted to get the good stuff from Don but waiting and waiting and waiting got old.

We all still appreceate the info that has been shared by yourself and Weston. Even if we cant get the stuff.

.

David,

In return I expect you to get out there and rip the track up. Make racing the priority for the weekends ahead and down the road even further. You have a ton of good parts in that truck.

We have read posts for the last 4 years that CR injectors cant be rebuilt, parts are not available, blah blah blah. I'm tired of hearing it. We are on year 4 of rebuilding all types of CR injectors. The problems seems to have been that the yakkers could not get the parts and have no clue how to rebuild them.

Here is a few of the "unavailable" parts for Swoles stix. LMFAO!

6 new seals and 6 of our newest designed control chambers. Lowest leakage available and the tightest tolerance anyone can get. They are so tight they have to be hand lapped and fitted to the control rod. You cant get this from anyone else! New Bosch injectors leak more than these when brand new VS ours after 10's of thousands of miles.

which is worse..i have abuddy in the process of this right now

It is my understanding that 03/04 trucks have 8 hole STOCK nozzles.....

you got a point..I would have thought all other hot stick sellers would have surpassed those numbers long ago..
The only time you hear from them is when there is a problem with products other than their own.
pretty easy now to spot the haters

David, **** dude...I don't know really what to add. I guess just keep running it like your out running the state troopers..

Third step: Begin a rigorous blueprinting that will get all the fuel available out of the matching nozzles.

What amount of variance do you allow on the nozzle, and on the complete set after assembly? I won't even bother with your "better than Bosch" comment.
