The Garmon built "Interceptor" build status!

I'd like to hear about how it runs in comparison after shaving a point of compression, low throttle/ little boost conditions, to before. (after boost) Its going to be a totally different animal, i can't believe the difference in sound just from the H2..cam. Lookin good, its amazing how much time can go into a build, I just put the better part of a month in mine! Thats doing all the work myself, I imagine what the bill would be at a shop......get all the wrench time in you can!
And damn whats with the avatar.....

Looks like a awesome shop and a great build I hope it turns out good!

I'm VERY curious about the difference too....I've was reluctant at first but Jeff was stoked to do a decompressed CR!!! So I went along with it and trusting him......Jeff says that it won't make that much difference really commpared to a 12V being cut the same amount..(CR has less surface area so it doesn't lower it as much)

???? Sound from the H2 cam......Do tell!!!! Sounds better and meaner, I hope????

Time wise!!!! Heck yeah!! I had NO idea!! Especially getting caught by the Holidays when people were taking time off and close!!!:bang ....It's killing me to have waited for almost 3 months....But I only have so much time off!!

Avatar!! LOL.......Man it's gotten lots of attention and pm's....
It's a pic from an accident we worked one early morning...Dude on a Harley ran into the back of a moving truck...Twisted his knee and foot!!!!! Ugh!!

He lived but I'll bet he's got a little "Hitch in his Gidee UP!" now!!!!

Thanks man!!

Yeah, Jeff's shops are awesome for what he does there....He's got the two buildings..Engine (cool chit) side and the Tranny side!! Lots of room!!

I'm so thankful to him for letting me squat there for 3 months while we finish this build.....That bay has been tied up with my truck far too long!!

Man looks Awesome, can't wait to see it when it is done! Jeff's shop also look Clean, the way a shop should be, I just can't ever do that, Chit Everywhere.

LOOK GOOD!!

Rick

That's awesome Swole! maybe I'll get to check it out here pretty soon if I can get this guy looking to buy to my truck to make a move. He's says he lives 10 minutes from Jeff's shop.

Thanks RickFox and jacket106 !!!:Cheer:

looks like its gonna be a sick truck, that will dominate many expensive sports cars when it's done. once im ready for "the jeff" to build my 2nd 12v once i find it, im gonna schedule an appointment and drive it the 2000 miles there and stay in a hotel or something while the build is going on. anyways good luck with your truck and i can't wait to the see the videos when it's all done.

well roughly 1000 miles each way, so it won't be too bad, especially on a truck that will be bone stock, and if i do end up with a 2wd like i want it will probably be a tank and a half each way.
