Truckers, lets see your rigs!

You are correct, the 07's were the 379 Legacy and the 08's were 389. Just like my new W900 built in Feb. 12 but is a '13 model. I was even confused on mine, I was calling it a '12.

My 07 isn't a legacy, only the last 1000 built were legacy's

its the biggest we have:doh:

Lol ya different applications. We take care of the 450s and 850s in our track shop. The 1250, 2000, and 5500s go out to the shovel pad outside. Komatsu pc5500 is the largest size diesel hydraulic we have. But the A/C cable shovels are bigger, we have a fleet of bucyrus 495 and 595s. And about 20 P&H 4100boss shovels.

My baby blue/dark blue 07 wasn't a Legacy either. I thought anyone that knew an ounce about trucks knew that there were only 1000 numbered Legacy's produced for 07.

Yeah, we have two legacies on our fleet. Number 52 and number 614. I posted pics of one of them

Them very high dollar stacks were the only thing I really liked about the Legacy!
Well, and maybe the grille.

we have 200 of these loads going to sf...

I have seen a 379x actually. A fella had one and custom built a flatdeck over the back. He hauled engines and heads around the country. A guy from the States, he would stop at the engine shop I used to work at as one of his regular stops.

Caught a quick clip of the transporter dumping a D11. Not the greatest angle but best I could get from the machine I was working on. Not bad walking a 300,000lb machine on and off.

thats the only way i can figure out to get vids up also..
what machine were you on?

I was in the cab of another D11 about to bring it into the shop and he pulled up.

Biggest one I've ever run was a D10R that the company I used to wrench for rented to strip overburden when they opened a new gravel pit, I could sink all 3 of its 4 foot long rippers in the ground and it hardly got a workout, those big dozers make you feel like a god LOL

YES. All ours are T models, we got rid of all the R's hour'd out. an 11 is a machine made of horsepower. It is pure awesome. I get to drive all the gear I work on. Little bit of fun in the day to hit the berms for function tests. Lots of D10 and 11T's. 24H and M graders. 992G loaders. plenty of smaller stuff. And the fleet of 200 797B and 930E haul trucks does ok too. Ah this is getting into construction a little more than trucks..... but I'll go there too LOL.

How many hours does that take? I miss the D11. Never wore shoes in the one I ran, tearing down gypsum stacks. Using backhoes/ trucks now.We still use them to move heavy stuff around and pile up rocks.

Should clarify that statement I guess. The mine runs them 24/7/365 with a preventative maintenance schedule for 24,000 hours. And a midlife overhaul at 12,000 hours.

After 24k hrs reliability decided that was our cutoff line to send them to auction. And we get new ones.

That's just the D10 and 11 fleet. I mean we've got a 992 loader with 88,000 hours.

I had a picture similar to that from a Auction a few years back Had a D8,D9,D10 all sitting next to each other.. Crazy to see the size difference.
