Truckers, lets see your rigs!

Yea. Just making plates and blocking off where the lines go into it. I thought about rebuilding it but I wouldn't know where to start.

You'd still have all that extra mass flailing about.

I'll have to look at mine tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure they have a pressure lube line separate from the 2 hard lines.

Very few places know how to rebuild them, I know Walker Cat can. Ohio Cat can't even spell brakesaver. Friend just had one rebuilt at Walker and his dad just installed one on a 2007 Pete. Removing it is a pain, you either have to move the engine back or move transmission forward.

Your mountain coal dealers can. Pikeville, Corbin, hazard. Walker (which is us now) maybe Carter but not sure on them.
We had a lot of old knowledge leave the company. Not sure about the other dealers.
Its shameful but I've never even seen one.

That thing if phickin cool as ****, Will. I want to build something similar instead of buying another pickup. Is it a B model can on a pickup chassis?

B model cab on B model suspension and frame lol, I can't believe it's as smooth as it is, I figured it was going to hop all over!

But thank you! I'll spread to the word to the boys that it's CompD approved!

Ha ha idk if I have the authority to give CompD approval, but I think it's cool as hell. I'd love to know how you got the suspension so low.

What's in it for an engine?

That's is PHUCKING sick!!!! That is most definitely CompD approved!!!!

Btw that's for the info in the Cat threaded inserts. I ordered a set for 3/8"-16 and hopefully should be in today. I just ran a 9/16"-12 tap into the hole and it's perfect. Just need the parts! I really appreciate it.

I'm having a low power issue and my boost numbers have fallen. Anything below 1500rpms and it's typically 26 ish and a long time to get there according to the gauge. The gauge has always been slow moving.

Start checking air to air clamps, also could pull the exhaust off and look at turbine fins with a light and mirror.

Air to air clamps checked. Looked the boots over good.
Found a hole in the waste gate reference line. Only solution right now is to block it off.
1400rpm, 28lbs, flat on the floor. Getting my doors blown off.

Need a turbo for a 2ws 550 with 6999 trim codes and fuel temp resistor. It needs an elbow too, so it wouldn't be a problem switching to a v band style. Any suggestions?

Damn trucker...

I'm going to wait and see what you're told here. Give me a SN and I will tell you what it's built to do.

Well... For reference I just stopped for about 45 minutes. Never **** the truck off. Pull out and through all my top gears. 34-36lbs by 1500-1550.
Then within 5 minutes, 28 is all.
