Weight Box

Im sick of Scott out-doing every pick I put up. Im fed up. Im building something way sweeter now!! Haha ya right
 
Dude your truck is amazing!! I enjoy snooping around on the site and checking out all your hard work. I bet an AirDog would look bad a$$ on their. What do you think haha!!
 
make a form out of plywood and 2x4 and make concrete weights and stick somthing in the top of the WET cement and let it dry than weigh it u can prolly get a scale from your bathroom make a few extras because diferent tracks have different scales some are off by a 1 or 2 hundred pounds u can get an edge like that and make the box like u were saying at the top that is how im doing mine. or a 3 inch body lift with the bumper relocator will make it so the 3 holes on eachframe rail is exposed and u can maolt steel plate there with the bumper and weld a cross member to the bolted steel plate and weld two pieces of square tube on it and slide the weight box in them easy off easy on light and looks great and very very cheapi got all the materials including paint to do mine for 150 bucks and i made a 1000 pounds of weight for it aswel
 
I think he making a form out of plywood to make concrete wieghts nothing about a box to hold wieghts.

whats the typical weight of concrete??? isn't it like 300 lbs/cubic foot???

I think you will get there some day just take time yo just got the truck.I wont need a very big spot for weights on the 2wd will be hung under the body.

A 5gallon plastic bucket of curerd concrete weight is 98lb mad a lot of them for people I work at a redimix plant.1 cubic yard of concrete can very from 4025lb to 3850lb all depend on the kind of mix's you have and cemicals in it.
