sounds like it to me, if it was summer and i was working i would buy that s366 that your considering. Its a pretty good deal, and it would spool alot sooner then my s400/k31 hybrid does. I can deal with it lighting around 2000rpm especially with 4.10's.
Do some research, a 71mm K31 hybrid is said to spool faster and more fun to drive than a SB...... I'm actually selling my K31 for decent, its got 500miles, polished housing billet wheel, and a couple other goodies
what are the specs on the k31....dont see how it could spool faster than a bullet
That's because you, like many people, are only thinking about the wheel sizes(and usually just one of the sizes at that). You have to look at the whole package.
Try doing some searches for things like k31, A5K, or Aurora 5000 and see what you come up with.
Here's just one thread where they talk about an A5K vs a SB: Back to back testing -- Results - Competition Diesel.Com - Bringing The BEST Together
i was reccommended a 66/74/12 with some 6x16s.
Me too, I've got as much to learn as anyone here. Not trying to be a prick or anything, just trying to suggest other things to look at. I happened to do this same search not that long ago, its kind of interesting what you find.
Murphy if you copy and paste the URL of the thread into a post it automatically makes a link for you.
:Cheer:
who told you this? I keep seeing you post things that someone recommended. I dont think its even possible to cut the 12cm housings to fit 73mm wheel.
