Who Has Been Bent Over The Barrel By Monster Pump Mike ???

I did have to borrow a fuse from Joe since you're still trying to keep up. You get your CP3 parts back from Mike yet? He and I were 'discussing' those and you just the other day.

Doesn't surprise me in the least he would say anything about what we discussed. It is no big secret what I had him checking on doing for me, although he was not to discuss it. Increased displacement CP3's have been discussed in the CP3 threads by me. Since he can keep someone's money and never send the product, won't even return the money. That right there really shows who we have been dealing with. I also lost a good customer over his wonderful billet output shafts. As for the Redline, I was told of the issue didn't go inquiring. I am not trying to keep up with you, just think its funny how you always cover your back side.

Another thing Mike approached me, needing to get some production work to keep his machines running. So I sent some stuff to make, when he would answer the phone, he was always working on HIS truck. My mistake, for giving him work.

You know the saying Gus...Birds of a feather flock together, you can have him!

Im with ya wicked, some people think because they have only had some minor problems that everyone else is an idiot for saying that a piece of $hit is a piece od $hit. Some people are just full of themselves aren't they... that is the one thing that makes the diesel community bold and entertaining though right?

hell i made 590hp with hrvp, 220hp sticks, and a 64mm turbo. There is no way in hell i would waste $3000 for an extra 10 or so hp. Until there are some major gains out of this pump i am staying with what i go. Hope to be over 600 and maybe over 630hp next week and houston with the new mods.

Sounds like you got jammed up in there pretty tight. Hate to hear about your luck - but hey - it happens and runs down hill and hits certain people right in the face.

Do you have any personal experience with a Monster pump or possibly have run/own one?? Just wanted to make sure.

I've sat here and everyone of these threads, I personally have a Monster Stage 2. No lie i've been thru 3 pumps, the first one seized the rotor head in the pump......it was 2 weeks old. I called Mike and told him my problems, he found it hard to believe but he was willing to replace it for free. Three days later we met and swapped pumps....no money exchanged. Pump #2 lasted another two weeks, it idled real fast and choppy. A screw came out in the timing sensor and got jammed up inside. Called him back and explained my displeasure of the situation, he agreed to give me another pump. That has been close to 5 months ago and prolly 7 to 10 pulls. The pump seems to run good w/o any problems other than the massive lopey idle :-| Long story short besides the few problems at the get go i'm pleased with the product and service not happy just pleased. And to ctd8999 I feel ur pain with your problems, i had the same problems with ATS and the junk a$$ transmissions. But it's your fault for spending the $3,000 on all that stuff. He says his injectors are suggested for his pump "suggested". And how are Billit HPC's gonna help anything?? Although it seems to me like maybe Mike is doing what GM used to do and let the customer do the testing. I understand everything but bad mouthing someone's hard work isn't cool......things do go wrong.

no i dont feel that i need anything to waste money in for 10-20 hp. i have and enjoy my schied hrvp. i have been around quite a few of those pumps, none of them impress me, nor do you:kick:. i have yet to be beaten by a monster, the guys that have them are just not making the extreme power that those pumps are supposed to make, the only thing that i see that is neat about them is the idle that they create, but again its not worth the money. as offensive as you are, are you in partnership with this guy or something?:what:

I think he is just hanging onto 24 valve progression for all its worth. The Monster I have ran really strong for a couple of weeks. At the time I was daily driving mine, racking up decent miles. It is no more powerful now than my SO pump was, maybe weaker. I am sure it is quickly wearing out. I guess other than the lack of product support, the big price tag, the pissed customers, lack of communication and refusal of reimbursement, Monster pumps are GREAT!

i'll have my money on both the red trucks!$.02:kick:

This is kman's brother I have an account at DTR If you want to look me up! Im brokenarrow!

HAHAHA! MONSTER PUMPS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY FARMBOY! Im glad your having luck with them!!! But nobody else is! And before u ask if i have owned one i will tell u NOOOO! And never will after reading about them on here DTR and the cummins forumn! Who would! $3000 for a pump, and then you have to buy his injectors and lines and tubes for him to even stand behind it! HA! And even after all that time and money there is a chance (A very small one) That your truck will run better than it did before! And still will not compete with a p-pump! Which he told me over the phone when i called him that if i went with his pump nad lines and tubes and kept my ddp competition series injectors that there wouldnt be a p-pump in my class (2.6) that could even compete with me! HAHAHAHA! That is a HUGE claim!

If you want to compete ill pull against you! With my little scheid lighting VP! But its no monster so will you give me a couple feet! HAHAHA!

I have talked to mike on the phone about his pump! $3000 and he could throw in some lines and tubes but if i wanted the injectors i would have to buy them,! I told him that i have scheid .093 lines and tubes and a set of ddp competition injectors, he said his were much better! HOW??? But anyways! He also claimed his pump would flow 565cc's of fuel! I dont know if this is true or not.

You also didnt say anything about the pull? But its getting close to the end of pullin season so maybe next year!
