The someday 2.6 truck build

Agree! She's probably a better driver and we know she weighs less than you so......

Words can't even explain how much my wife hates my hobby, I think there are better chances of pigs flying than her ever sitting in it. LOL Just keep a eye out on CL for me, just in case she tries to part it out while I am in surgery.

Hope your shoulder heals up nice, they can be a *****. Don't force it.[/QUOTE]

I hope so too, I have been fighting with this for over a year and I want it to be done with one way or the other.

To show you what I good friend I am I will buy it off CL for cheap, finish it up and then sell it back to you after you get our of the hospital. :)

Get to feeling better soon, dear! I really want to see this thing together and running! LOL

I do too. Surgery went as well as it could, we were back home by 5:00. Not much pain yet but I am sure when the nerve block wears off tomorrow I will be singing a different song. LOL Thanks for the well wishes.

Well my great luck continues, I went for a MRI on my left shoulder today because it's been bugging my for the last 2 months. I found out I need the exact surgery on the left one, 2 tears in the rotator cuff and my bicep is partially torn and displaced. If it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any...

Just curious, I know I tore something in my left rotator. I really want it fixed but I don't know anything about the surgery. How was it. Good use of it after the surgery?I am a mechanic by trade and was wondering this because it really hurts my ability to work after surgery

After 3 months I have full range of motion back in the right shoulder, I still have some pain at times but I am just going to start the strengthening phase tomorrow and it should get rid of the rest of it. The longer you wait the worse it will be, I ignored my right shoulder for a year and I am pretty sure it wrecked my other one. Good luck.

I am only a few weeks out from initial injury. But haven't seen a doc yet. I just had a terrible pop one day while playing baseball. Pain comes and goes. My biggest issue is 4 months with no work kills me

Depending on what u hurt it might not be that long. With needing anchors and tendons reattached it's a full 12 month recovery.

I hope to god that I don't need that I would be in trouble 100%. Looks like I need to see a doc

I wouldn't think you would be in as bad of shape as I am, I ignored the pain in mine for over a year and injured it more. Whatever you do, DO NOT let the doctor give you a cortisone shot it will make it feel better but you will ultimately do more damage to it and have a longer recovery in the end. Ask me how I know. LOL
