i have a 99 ext cab ram looking for a drivers door my latch ripped right outta the shell....its power

when its cold ticks like a s.o.b and power seems to be lacking..fuel pressure good..vp is ok...i thinking its a stuck tappet rounding the cam off? the noise seems to be loudest just in front of the steering wheel witch is why i think its a tappet..valves where just set a few hundred miles ago

i have a southbend 3250 with upgraded hydros...almost every time you push it in and let it out it engages at a different point sometimes high on the pedal sometimes low....and others it starts to move right away you feel a pop in the pedal and then it stops and engages at the very top....clutch...

am i just an idiot.....can someone please tell me how to do so?
